Etopia – The Eco sim!

Today I visited Etopia, and had an interview with Windy Schor,I tried to brief windy’s talk: “Etopia” is a combination of Utopia and Ecology. The island is a model of ecologically-minded living, working, and recreation. not only is it an idea of ecological sustainability, but also social sustainability. it is a place for residences to set up a shop, bike trails, hiking, train rides, dances, educational events and sights. On the island there is a chance to learn about localvorism, using recycled materials for industry .. also at some events and discussions people do teach people to be friends of nature. For a few months now, we have had a demonstration house “High Performance Home”.

After Obama Success, Museum Of The African American Experie…

I think the winning of Obama in The United States presidential election of 2008, has brought some good news for the whole world: The struggle of human to get ride of racism has made one of it’s biggest moves in our history.. a Black gentleman is Mr. President of USA now. To me it is a real change for the whole world mentality in past 150 years and may be more. What happened all these years? from bringing Africans as slaves to new world, until yesterday when Obama won? This museum which I snap here has a demonstration for that history.. at my right the story starts .. with how africans are brought in an abuse way to USA.. and u read as long with only photos until u reach the right side .. when obama won. congrats!

Arnaud & Palestine scarf

Sending You this post from a cool club in sl, and it is the picture of arnaud, i have noticed he wears palestine scarf but he is not an arabic, he is acutally a french guy. I noticed this scarf started to be a bit fashionable in secondlife, he is the 2nd guy I see wears it. For You who is not familiar with scarfs, arabs in arab island wear them in different colors, acutally this is the palestine one .. Saudi people wear the same but red, and Arabian gulf pepople like Emirates, Bahreen and Qatar wear them but white with no ornaments.. and hey they wear them with “Iqal” as a head cover. The cultre of wearing that head cover as a scarf has grown in North Africa as sympathize with palestinians.
